Policy Agreement

By placing an order on Hannah's Cozy Boutique, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Completing a purchase means you:

  • Understand our return conditions and timeframes

  • Agree to follow the return procedure outlined below

  • Acknowledge that any payment disputes or chargebacks may involve review of this policy and your order records

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Returned in original packaging and condition

  • Only standard inspection should have occurred

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days of receipt. We may decline items showing wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us within 30 days at info@hannahscozyboutique.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item if damaged or defective

    • Full name and shipping address

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

Important: Do not ship items without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Use tracked shipping and retain proof until your return is confirmed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@hannahscozyboutique.com

  • Include order number, a brief description, and clear photos or a short video

Depending on availability and the defect, we may offer a replacement or instruct you on a return. Replacement items are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Orders

  • For lost shipments: provide order and tracking details; we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund

  • Refused, unclaimed, or returned packages due to an incorrect address will incur a $35 CAD administrative fee deducted from your refund

Cancellations & Withdrawal

Under Canadian consumer protection laws, you may cancel within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled

  • Cancel before shipment by emailing info@hannahscozyboutique.com

  • Return shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility

Chargebacks & Disputes

Contact us first to resolve issues. In case of a chargeback, we may submit:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping and tracking info

  • Email communication and submitted photos
